About the Author

Dirk U. Hindrichs is a qualified industrial engineer. He has worked, among other things, as managing director of the Consumer Products Division of Kimberly Clark and as Vice President of Seagram’s Europe and Africa Division. Today he is the CEO of Schuco International KG in Bielefeld. Dipl.-Ing. Winfried Heusler completed his studies in mechanical engineering and then went on to work for a large metalworking company in Southern Germany as director of research and development as well as director of the aluminum facades division. Since 1998, he has been the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Schuco International KG in Bielefeld.
